TOILET PARTITION MATERIAL
Baked Enamel – Finished material is painted on galvanized and bonderized steel, with a zinc coating. All materials are given a double coat of baking enamel on a conveyorized electrostatic painting system. The finished is baked at 350 for 30 minutes. The core is made of cellular honeycomb for solid construction and attenuation.
Power Coated - The hybrid epoxy/polyester powder is electro statically applied for uniform thickness over cold-rolled (CRCG) galvanized, stretcher-leveled steel. The core is made of cellular honeycomb for solid construction.
Stainless Steel – The partitions are composed of strong #304 stainless steel with a #4 satin finish. They are formed and bonded under pressure to a sound-deadening honeycomb core. It is corrosion resistant and impervious to just about any substance.
Solid Plastic – Doors, panels and pilasters are constructed from solid polymer (HDPE) resins with homogenous color throughout. Material is dent and crack resistant, unaffected by chemicals or corrosion. This is the right choice for high-use facilities such as schools, universities, stadiums, parks and airports.
Phenolic – Phenolic partitions are decoratively faced on both sides and an integral part of a resin-impregnated kraft paper core. The surface sheets are fused at high temperature and pressure. The dense components stand up to the most extreme conditions of moisture and humidity.
Plastic Laminate – Plastic laminate partitions combine design and flexibility with affordable cost. The high pressure laminate finishes, bonded under pressure to a solid impact-resistant particle board core, meet or exceed all NEMA standards.
