Dubin and Company is a Pennsylvania corporation that began business in the South Side of Pittsburgh in January 1961. William Dubin and a group of minority partners started the Company.

In 1980, Mike and Lynn Kletter acquired the Company. ​

Their daughter Stacy joined the Company as a full-time employee and shareholder in 2002. She then became President in 2011.

​ In August 2016, Dubin was certified as a DBE Women-Owned Business.

From the beginning, the company sold only products of the highest quality universally specified for use on construction projects.

Dubin is recognized as having the inventory, installation crews, and experienced support staff to make their part of any construction project run smoothly and efficiently.

​Dubin provides installation of their products with company employees to ensure a quality job. The Company carries a complete inventory of toilet accessories and toilet partition replacement parts and is the only stocking distributor in the Pittsburgh area.
